Our Services
Prior
to arrival.
Following your initial contact or enquiry we
will always try to get back to you within 24 hours to begin the process of
constructing a detailed itinerary for your tour. When we have agreed in principal on
a schedule for your tour and you are happy with both the itinerary and the
quotation, i will book all tee times, accommodation and any other services before
sending you an invoice and deposit request. All your tee times, accommodation
and other arrangements will be detailed on your invoice. Upon receiving
your deposit we will email you a receipted booking confirmation and date
when the balance is due. Once the final payment has been received, we will forward
via email your complete itinerary.
When You Arrive
If
we have arranged chauffeur driven transport as part of your package then one of
our drivers will meet you at the airport. If you have chosen to travel by self
drive arranged by us, then we will already have sent you the neccessary information
to collect your vehicle at the Airport. In the unlikely event that you encounter
any problems you will have our number and will be able to call us at any time,
7 days a week 24 hours a day. Linda and i pride ourselves on the care and
attention to detail taken when compiling your itinerary and are always just a
phone call away should you need us and will endevour to meet you at some
point during your stay. On arrival at your hotel or guesthouse we will have
a package waiting at reception which will contain pre-paid vouchers to hand to
the starter at each course, a local touring map, driving directions from your
accommodation to each of the courses and some useful local information and telephone
numbers.
When you return home.
When
you are safely back home we will contact you be email or telephone to get your
thoughts and comments on your tour. Feedback from our clients is very important
to us and it helps us to improve on what we already think is a great service.
